Grease trap pumping & cleaning

Our most requested service is grease pumping, which can remove excess oil and grease from your grease traps/grease interceptors. This is a vital part of keeping your commercial kitchen plumbing properly maintained. We also ensure that you are following the city compliance, keeping fats, oils, grease, solids, and waste from entering the city sanitary lines. 

Bioremediation program

DR-100 is a biological treatment system that is designed for the food industry to digest grease, fats and organic waste that accumulate in grease traps and drains line.

Our guaranteed D-100 Bioremediation program

Bio-Care of Hawaii offers a guaranteed preventative maintenance program that will reduce or eliminate your grease-related business disruptions. Our solution is a proprietary bacterial formulation called DR-100 that will naturally digest fats, oil, and grease. DR-100 is made up of specialized microorganisms that will provide exceptional performance for:

  • Continual grease control - an automated injector will apply DR-100 to your drains daily to ensure clear-flowing drains. 
  • Scheduled inspections - scheduled visits will be made to replenish your supply of DR-11. The technician will also inspect your injector and grease trap to prevent potential problems. 
  • Periodic reviews - Bio-Care of Hawaii will provide you with a monthly written analysis and review. 
  • Reduced pumping rates - Our drain grease trap cleaning and maintenance program subscribers are eligible for a reduced rate on grease trap pumping services. 


We will provide regular core readings of all grease interceptors. By doing this, we can then inform your management of interceptor condition(s) and schedule a complete grease trap cleaning.
